HungryGen Internship was birthed out of a supernatural movement that has been unfolding at Hungry Generation Church since 2010. What God began in our local church quickly revealed a greater purpose—something not meant to stay within our walls, but to impact the world.

The internship officially launched in 2016 and, before pausing in 2023, equipped 435 students through immersive discipleship, ministry training, and hands-on activation. This pause was not a setback, but a season of intentional building and expansion.

During this time, a clear discipleship pathway was developed, over 20 campus clubs were launched with more than 2,000 students saying “yes” to Christ, two new church campuses were released (with a third on the way), and land was secured to build housing for future interns.

At our core, we believe that what God is doing at HungryGen is meant to be carried to the nations. Our heart is to raise up men and women who will tenaciously pursue both the person and the power of the Holy Spirit—so that Jesus may be made known not only through words, but through a life marked by transformation and the demonstration of His power.

Discover. Develop. Deploy.
We help students discover God in a personal, daily encounter that transforms their heart and life. We develop their spiritual gifts through hands-on training, equipping them to preach with power, heal the broken, cast out demons, flow in the prophetic, and lead with authority. Then we deploy them into ministry and the marketplace, empowering them to carry God’s presence to the world, make disciples, and spark revival wherever they go.

Our internship exists to train and deploy ministers who are deeply rooted in Scripture, led by the Spirit, and ready to serve in the Church and the marketplace. This program forms leaders who carry the Gospel with clarity, maturity, and power.
