When Your Time Comes

Pastor Vlad shared a powerful reminder: God doesn’t just give us a purpose, He gives us a time for that purpose.

Scripture tells us that God created seasons to mark time, not just minutes on a clock. “My times are in Your hands” (Psalm 31:15). Ecclesiastes says there is a season for everything, which means you can be called, anointed, and full of promise and still be waiting. That waiting doesn’t mean God forgot you. It often means your moment hasn’t arrived yet.

Pastor Vlad explained two types of time:

  • Chronos — everyday time. This is where God develops you.
  • Kairos — God’s appointed time. This is when doors suddenly open.

As he put it,

“Chronos develops you. Kairos releases you.”

That’s why delays can feel painful. You may be in God’s will but not yet in God’s timing. And when the Kairos moment arrives, God can do in one season what looked impossible for years.

One of the strongest truths from the message was this:

“Delay is not denial. It’s development for your appointed time.”

Pastor Vlad reminded us that God is in control of time. He can stretch it, shorten it, or restore what was lost. Joel 2:25 promises that God can restore years that were stolen. Isaiah 60:22 says, “I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time.” When God’s time comes, He knows how to accelerate things.

He also taught that when your time comes, God sends people — what he called destiny helpers. These are the ones who suddenly remember you, open doors, and speak your name in rooms you never entered.

“When it’s your time, people who forgot you will suddenly remember you.”

But he warned that destiny helpers cannot come if we keep tolerating destiny killers relationships and influences that pull us away from God’s will.

Another key truth hit hard:

“A bad attitude can turn a divine opportunity into a missed moment.”

When Kairos moments come, they don’t always feel easy. They often look like challenges. Faith sees problems as doorways, not dead ends.
